xKyouya Posted January 3, 2008 Share Posted January 3, 2008 I've recently downloaded EdHarvey's effects and followed the instructions. I've extracted the zipped folder and copied the extraction into Computer > C Drive > Program files > Paint.Net > Effects and well, it wont work in Paint.Net.
