cfh8
Can someone please explain to me how I can draw a sine wave with a shrinking amplitude? Something like the one in my attachment. I need it to be a proper sine wave and not just as close as I can get with the line/curve tool.
david.atwell
1. Take a look at the rules and change your thread title, please. :-) 2. Draw a straight line across the screen by holding the Shift key. 3. Download the Sine Waves plugin. 4. Use it to get the amplitude you want. 5. Use Layers > Rotate/Zoom to angle it to a vanishing point. Does this help? Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... cfh8
Thank you! This helps but as I use zoom to change the amplitude, the line gets thinner and thinner. I am a very new Noob!
david.atwell
Yes, that will happen....hmm. I can't honestly think of an easy way to overcome that...Sorry, I thought that's what you wanted. :-) Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... cfh8
No problem! Is there a way to ad more nodes to the line/curve tool? I can only seem to get 4 nodes.

-Expiration-
Maybe using a bulge in the center? Or tube oblique? If its works, I'm not sure it will. Quote Call me expired. Please.
