coldcarib
Hi all. Although I am new here I downloaded this early last year. Having bought a new pc with windows vista home premium which is more of a downgrade (no fax, free trail paint etc) I decided to use paint.NET than pay for the paint pro rip off. The question is how do I remove the timestamp from my digital photos? Is there a tool hidden somewhere that I dont know about? Thanks for any help
Diabolicus
There may be settings on your camera that effect this. Read you camera manual, maybe it will say in there. Other than that, do not know. :? Quote My DA|Twitter
-Expiration-
There is no tool that 'automatically' removes time stamps, but if you really want to, you can use the clone stamp tool to remove them. Although it might take a lot of work, depending on how complex the picture is... Quote Call me expired. Please. barkbark00
If the time stamp is in a position that is not integral to the image, just crop it off... Use the Rectangle Selection tool to select the area you want to keep and the use the Crop tool :Crop: get rid of the unwanted area. But, changing the setting on your camera is probably the best/easiest bet...
