Open Windows Explorer and navigate to where you have Paint.Net installed. Right click paintdotnet.exe (you may not see the .exe) In the file type column it will say Application.   Select Properties. Click the Compatibility tab. At the bottom click the button that says "change high dpi settings". New dialog opens. Click High DPI Scaling and in the drop down box select "System (enhanced)". Click ok and ok again. Start Paint and all of your plugin issues will be solved. No more clipping o
