Sig-Of-The-Week Discussion - 17 is on!

Don't worry, Expired. We don't all think you're crazy. :P

Excellent work on your entry. So far, yours definitely has my vote.

Then that would be your last mistake ...

Just kidding.

Thanks!

If nobody has caught my edit on the submission:

If nobody gets the irony of my design, I'll ban all participants for 30 minutes.

Even though it says "Not bound by straight lines," the sig itself has a border consisting of, that's right, straight lines!

So it is "bound" together by straight lines.

Do I win a cookie?

Call me expired. Please.

Nay, you save all participants from the might of the Ban Hammer!

I'll see what I can do for the cookie. But shhh, tell no-one.

Ha! Now, all of PDNForums are in debt to me! For I have slayed the mighty ... er ... riddle!

Call me expired. Please.

Actually, an hour or two last night, and a few more spread over today. I had a jolly good time of it.

Thanks for the awesome feedback. :) (And to you too, KonArtist.)

I'm liking Crimson's quite a bit also... (Not to mention yours... and Myrddin's!)

---

Going along with the spirit that Myrddin started with his riddle, I offer up a puzzle: as in hidden word puzzles, the letters H, E, L, I, and O appear somewhere in this image in consecutive order; either horizontally, or vertically. The finder may suggest a reasonable prize. (Pie is strongly suggested.)

"For infinite happiness," said the Spirit. "You can step out into it at any moment..."

Many thanks for the complements, you two. :)

Wow, it's been what, two months? I haven't seen CMD around for a while. Is he still here? Does anyone have interest in this anymore? If you still do, the new topic for SOTW is

Technology.

Have fun with that.

I suggest going ahead and starting a new thread, I would do so myself but I have no idea what the standard SOTW entry thread layout is (all others have been converted into voting threads).

I'm kind of the alternate SotW guy. I'll throw something together tomorrow. :-)

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

I'm sorry, my school suddenly got busy. Maybe tomorrow; maybe not. :-) My apologies.
