k.digennaro Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 so i created this image of a guitar for my band website to use as a button instead of the traditional button. i was gona do a drum set and some other things as buttons as well. but any ways. i thought it would be kinda cool if when i put my cursor over it, it would sorta shake. im not really sure how to do that. iono if thats something im do on PDN or on the web host its self. maybe thatd just be getting in over my headl. but if any one has some input thatd be awsome. THanks! Quote Support Our Troops, End The War

Wither Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 That's Javascript, HTML can't do mouse-overs. But that website will get you the effect anyway. Isn't this more suited to Offtopic though? Quote YouTube | Myspace | deviantART

k.digennaro Posted December 12, 2007 Author Posted December 12, 2007 hmmmm okay, thank you. would this be an effect i would put on the image before putting on the website? Quote Support Our Troops, End The War
Wither Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 It doesn't apply to the image itself. It's a Javascript... script, that tells the browser to change the image whenever the mouse rolls over it. EDIT: Meaning that you'd need two different images to have it switch to. david.atwell Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 No, it's something you do with the website. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
