Crazy Man Dan Posted December 8, 2007 Share Posted December 8, 2007 To get that type of effect, draw your box on a new layer, then lower the Opacity of that layer. To change a layers opacity, double-click on the layer name and move the "Opacity" slider to the left. Adjust it until the level of transparency suits your needs.
