It's not like BoltBait banned you and then insulted your family in a public blog post or something. If you're disgruntled about how the forum is run, or have something to discuss with the mods, then let's have at it. Actually, your sig had 2 images in it and when combined together they were over the size limit. I dont see it as a worthy investment of my time to rebuild my links for each whim that becomes a paradigm for a mod. If you needed it changed you should have said something. When I first started posting I had a 6 or 700 pixel wide sig and you all saw it, and nothing was said. I dont see I should be particularly compelled to rebuild the links and I see it as pretty inconsiderate to take actions like Bait did, especially when I am compliant to requests, And respective and supportive of moderators. You abused your priviledge IMHO. You can whitewash that by trying to devalue everything I say or you can admit it was a screwed up thing to do. Either way this is about Your actions BB. I remain and will choose to remain supportive of PDN. I however refuse to treat others like that and all your offload can join my forums to avoid this treatment. I am supportive and I genuinely care about people , many of my peers have come here only to leave disgusted. They can now enjoy the lack of the PDN sentiment that rules these forums. If I were to upload a 501x151 sig, I would expect it to be changed. Yours was much wider. In addition, it is ridiculous for you to assume special treatment for a high post count. Those of us with many posts are expected to be good examples for our newer members; in our communication, contribution, and behavior. As older users, our sigs should be exactly correct. When new rules are added, we should be the first ones to adopt them. When arguments arise, we should be the voices of reason. In short, we are to be the "older brothers and sisters" - showing the newer users the ropes, helping new users figure things out, and gently reminding them of rules when they are broken. Users can either make the mods' jobs easier or harder; as older users, we should be doing the former. Thanks for your time. I hope you'll reconsider, and I look forward to your return if you will. And I don't mean to be er, mean, but you having 500+ posts doesn't give you more rights than someone with 50. In fact, having 500 posts should give you the obligation to be more professional about these little issues. Varying from sig-to-sig, it only takes 5 minutes to edit the borders and reupload it. Leaving the forum doesn't prove anything. It doesn't prove you're brave, cowardly, strong, weak, powerful, or abused. It proves nothing! And you're leaving for what? Because BoltBait removed your oversized sig? I don't see any reason in that rational decision. It's like not going to Wendy's because the guy serving you didn't include cheese, when in fact, you had to say you wanted cheese on your #3*. There have been a few times I've been upset at forum users [on other forums], but I forgave them despite the ridicule, crudeness, and unnecessary actions (like permanent banishment) they gave me.
