Hi New here quick question ~

Recommended Posts

Hi to all , I am Ashley and I am new to the site / program I think it is awesome I have a quick question if anyone could answer it I would be eternaly greatful ...Here goes :

Is it possible with Paint.net to take a black and white picture and perhaps only color the eyes or the lips or maybe both or what ever object one would prefer colored and the rest of the picture remain black and white ? If so how would you go about doing so ..is there a tutorial on here somewhere that shows how or is there a book I could purchase to teach me more about Paint.net ? I am not to computer literate so some of this is way over my head  if anyone could help it would be much appreciated ..Thanks for your time ...

Ashley

The tutorial to which Rubrica linked will work if your starting image has color and you wish to isolate areas of color.

If you're starting with a black and white image, there's a tutorial here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2309

Also, you may wish to revise your thread title to be a little more descriptive. (Check out the forum rules.)\

"Hi New here quick question" is a very non-specific thread title that is not allowed.

Please read the rules before posting again. They are not "recommended reading".
