req: different text sizes

I checked the sticky with the most requested features, and although one question of mine was answered there

-Ability to re-edit text, or "text layers", or some variation thereof - : No ETA

I have another question about text. Will there be the possibility to select text while writing, and give different sizes to selected pieces of text? So no textlayer, of possibility of editing text on a later moment, but the feature to do things like this when you are actually writing.

Well first, I would like to applaud you for reading the popular feature request thread. A lot of people tend to ignore it. Here's your reward: *applauds*

I think this goes into the category of Paint.NET 4.0. I'd love this feature as much as you would, but it takes a lot of coding to put such a feature together, and Rick Brewster may have to make more loopholes and rendering systems to get the job done (which wouldn't exactly qualify for a weekend project :wink:).
