Neoaptt
Hey, i have noticed that there is no archive for the plugins. Why not make one? or better yet, make a master .zip file. Where all the good plugins can be gathered and pluged in!
Panhead
The problem with making a master zip is the fact that a master zip would have to be updated, and you would have to delete all the dll in your effects folder to update it, as well as downloading the zip over and over, a update for plugins is planed for PDN 4.0 i believe My deviantART iGraphix ~96% of teens won't stand up for God. Andrew D
Hey, i have noticed that there is no archive for the plugins. Why not make one? or better yet, make a master .zip file. Where all the good plugins can be gathered and pluged in! The reason you've came up with this is probably because you haven't read any of the announcments in the tutorials forum. Leif
You would have to obtain permition from every person who’s dll you gathered. Bob
uH already dealt with copyright issues. No. Way. I've just seen Bob. And... *poof!*—just like that—he disappears into the mist again. ~Helio
Neoaptt
isn't it said that if it is public on this site anyone can use it. You just can't take credit for it. So why not create a package with all the plugins we could find. Then name them. Them give credit. Then when more plugins come in. Make a nother zip with those pagages. david.atwell
Read the stickied thread at the top of the Plugins forum. In short, you're incorrect. :-) The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. Neoaptt
Well then. Lets go gather permisstion slips! Why not make a site where you can enter your plugins into it for publishing of personal use. Then have a code on that so that if it is moved or used by any other user without the copyright information. Have a crack on it so that we can trace down and legaly suw them. Panhead
ill download updated zips, as long as neoaptt is going to do it My deviantART iGraphix ~96% of teens won't stand up for God. pyrochild
isn't it said that if it is public on this site anyone can use it. You just can't take credit for it. So why not create a package with all the plugins we could find. Then name them. Them give credit. Then when more plugins come in. Make a nother zip with those pagages. No, no, and no. When we post a plugin in the forum, we are obviously giving you permission to use it. However, unless we explicity state otherwise, that is ALL we are giving you permission to do. That includes redistributing, bundling, modifying, etc. Why not make a site where you can enter your plugins into it for publishing of personal use. That's what the Plugins forum is...Then have a code on that so that if it is moved or used by any other user without the copyright information. Have a crack on it so that we can trace down and legaly suw them. That's completely ridiculous. We plugin authors spend enough damn time writing the effects and debugging them; we don't need to be wasting even more time by implementing something as insanely complicated as tracing. Oh, and "suw" is not a word. Go get Firefox. It has spellcheck built-in ambigram signature by Kemaru [i write plugins and stuff] If you like a post, upvote it! Ash
As long as some plugin makers do not wish their work to be"messed with". And some plugin makers can no longer be found. You will not ba able to put all plugins into 1 zip file. Not to mention each plugin makers update their plugins at different time & rate. You can download and put in 1 zip file all you want as long as it's for your own use. If you can't solve the above problems I mentioned. Your topic (if you post the all in one zip link) will be locked as soon as Rick or one of the mods sees it. And you will be baned. The best we can do is link to the plugin topics, Not the file itself. Like the list and links on my google page. Locked.
