KidBoy140
Just finished watching the final episode of Torchwood and: Hidden Content: I found it rather dissapointing, the whole show was an anti-climax with Jack just flying away into space at the end. Russell T Davies has let himself down on this one. Could have been so much better.
worldnewser
I wonder how long it'll take until we can take conversations out of spoiler boxes. Perhaps after the US airing on the 24th? Because there's a length conversation I'd like to get into but don't want to have a whole discussion in Spoiler boxes...anyway.. Russell T Davies has let himself down on this one. Could have been so much better. Hidden Content: I sorta disagree that it's anticlimactic. That ending is only a shallow evaluation of the CoE season. Yes I agree that it's a bummer that Jack just whizzed away (specifically after the Doctor told him "No Teleport!". Kinda makes him sorta like the guy he was when we first met him in 2005, as a conman running always away...almost like a certain other main character). But if you take the depth of the plot, it was actually quite good. I'll discuss more details later. The plot was good though, but no more Torchwood?
KidBoy140
So, are we going to start this conversation Worldnewser?
EscapistAngel
The BBC just delivered me something nice and.. david, I must apologize for what I said about David. Oh my God, he's BRILLIANT! (Just like the human race ) I've just watched the whole series 2 in two?no, three days, and.. He is unbelievably Doctorish! Just had to pop in and say that.. And now, off to watch the series 3 haven't got anything of series 4 yet.. sadly EDIT2: Omg, 42 posts? O.o looking at the episode guide, I find an episode named "42" in series 3.. Creepy, especially after the power went out while watching The Satan Pit.. Quote Please forgive my possible complaints. I'm but an annoying little perfectionist when it comes to using english... KidBoy140
he's BRILLIANT! (Just like the human race ) Yes, he is. the power went out while watching The Satan Pit.. Now, that is creepy. What's your favourite episode of Series 2?
EscapistAngel
It wasn't so creepy.. I watched in on my laptop with all lights out of the room.. Only noticed it when the battery started complaining My favourite episode? Ouch.. I should say they're all beyond fantastical brilliance, but.. The Girl in the Fireplace is so eccentric, It's the first I would/will watch again Quote Please forgive my possible complaints. EscapistAngel
I hereby foolhardly defy the common policy of anti-doubleposting but.. I have a question concerning the dramatic ending of series 2, in spoilers in case someone wants to keep the tension up 'till the end Hidden Content: Will we ever see Rose again? Don't mention when, where nor why, but will she ever be seen again in the actual DW during some series in the future (I'm presently going half-way into series 3)? nemo
its amazing , i still cant believe they are changing Tennant though..he was brilliant :?. The new guy is 19? the doctor is like over 700..didnt really think that one through did they..(i know he regens but c'mon..)
KidBoy140
And it is awesome. Oh, yeah! I'm not looking forward to Tennant changing. I know, Matt is too young but I suppose we'll just have to wait and see what he's like. He was alright in Ruby In The Smoke but idk how he'll be in this. nemo
That was ok and tbh he does have the same mannerisms as Tennant but meh im not a fan lol
Rubrica
Isn't it weird to think we've gone from this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFBO-AwcZt4 to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2PTqhAP6K8 I like both, from different perspectives, but overall, I'd have to go with the the new one. It just conveys so well the idea of the lonely, merciful god. The original (not original original, but new original, if you know what I mean) one just stayed on the theme of sadness, whereas the new one has that touch of joy The Doctor brings wherever he goes. EscapistAngel
Awesome? If it came from anyone else.. Well, almost anyone else, ... Well, almost anyone else and a lizard, I wouldn't pay much attention to it.. But to have it italic, and not to use either of the obvious words fantastic or brilliant? It must have a meaning which must mean that.... But I've just got used to Tennant ; ) I HAVE TO GET SERIES 4  Just got through series 3 (the new sig kinda gave it off, eh? ) The Face of Boe :D I think you'll believe how hard I laughed :D And the rhythm of the drumming's stuck in my head! I just have to tap anything I get my hands on Put short: Doctor Who Quote Please forgive my possible complaints. I'm but an annoying little perfectionist when it comes to using english... Namiyoshi
^youvve got the drum syndrome, weve all had it for atleast a week after watching that. sad, though, scifi used to play re-runs, but have stopped, i now have an uneven number of recordings and nothing to watch (aside from flashfoward) Quote Deviantart- http://aishashaesha.deviantart.com/
vista?
I return after my bizarre period of inactivity... Anyway, meet the new Doctor Who logo, it's like the old ones but I still prefer the firey oval-ish logo of the Eccleston and Tennant era: By the way, has anyone seen the first two epidoes of the Sarah Jane Adventures - it was good seeing the Judoon back on Earth with their two letter word's being spoken again. Bo so do fo mo ho bo jo fo!
Rubrica
Of course, on very special occasions, they use three letters, like cho. Be honoured if they do.
Wilson
Yeah, they do do that sometimes. The new logo isn't really to my liking but I'll get used to it I'm sure. The Judoon are very odd aren't they? Not as weird as the Hath though, how on earth does Martha understand them?

david.atwell
I haven't read a lot of the last few pages (avoiding spoilers), but I just added a new poll! No, Wilpatjotopecollvespaul Hartrougtwekavikecoygann was never an actual actor. See if you can figure it out. :-) (William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton, Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, Peter Davison, Collin Baker, Sylvester McCoy, Paul McGann) Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior...
