Globulus
Sorry about my impatience, but ... I am interested in studying the layer composition engine of Paint .Net. I read in the roadmap that the 2.6 engine is much faster and includes 7 new layer blend modes. Is it significantly different (architecturally) from the one in 2.5, i.e. will I be wasting my time studying the existing version rather than waiting a couple of weeks for the source for 2.6? (Yes, I know there are lessons to be learned from any source snippet  ) Regards, Joergen Bech
Rick Brewster
In general I would say there is an actual advantage to studying both the "wrong" and "right" way of doing something Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
