Now there are allot of operators out there , but which on does Paint.NET use ? The fact that you can choose an angle could be of great use to me , but I haven't stumbled upon a filter that mentions such funktionality. A sobel filter could be used , and according to angle just rotate the y and x Matrix. Is this the basic idea behind the idea of angles in Paint.NET?
