Collages etc

hi board,

could anyone help me?

i need to work out how to create a collage ? i basically have some black and white photos that i want to put together in a fancy kind of way for a xmas present. not sure whether this is possible or not with paint.net.

but i'm sure there is something there that could help me. it's just finidng it.
