Ivarska
Hey all! Am I able to make a "shadow" of an object at a picture? I mean like transform a human to just one color, like a shadow. If I am, could someone pelase tell me how to do this? Thanks, /Ivarska
david.atwell
Well, there are several ways to do it...if you just want to turn them completely black, select it and draw a filled black rectangle across it. If you just want them to be very dark, just turn the brightness down (Adjustments menu) after you select it. Does this help? Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
Helio
You mean make a silhouetted figure? Quote v An excellent open–source strategy game—highly recommended. "I wish I had never been born," she said. "What are we born for?" "For infinite happiness," said the Spirit. "You can step out into it at any moment..." Ivarska
You mean make a silhouetted figure? Yeah, something like that. But I want to keep the details which is sticking out (as hair). I'd guess David's tip doesn't work for the details. Thank you for your time, /Ivarska
david.atwell
Cut the image out (http://searchpaint.net for "Cutting images out the easy way!") and then do my adjustment. It should preserve the details like the hair. Does that help? Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... Ivarska
Well, it almost helped. Arn't there any tutorial or something?
Hellfire010
This concept is considered too basic for a tutorial. Using the plugin it only takes a few clicks. Unless you mean sillouettes, then I think david.atwell's method is best.
Deborah
There's the ipod commercial tutorial, but it basically says the same things that have been said here.
