Yea not even a week haha

Well, when you have priorities... you... [can't think of a witty ending].

My surround sound system (plus 50' cat cable) has arrived at home. The only thing keeping me from trying it now is that I'm in college. In another state. Oh well, I'll be home in two weeks. :)

Sozo, how many speakers in your system? Surround sound is awesome, wish I had it.

Merely five, but I have a small dorm room. I figured 5.1 surround and a 32" LCD are about the right size for me. See, my computer is on the other side of the room from my TV+Xbox, that's why the 50' cat cable to stream. Should be fun.

My Rock Band Bass Pedal for Drums has been fixed! Also, thanks to my Granddad, it now has a wooden plate on the front of it, pretty much meaning it'll never, ever, ever, ever, break again.

Also, I now won't have to be timid with it, and I'll be able to bang on it like I do on the drum pads

Fancy some Band Quickplay Rick? :)

Awesome, new game!! :D By the way, what do you write these sorts of things in? I'm not getting into it myself, I'm just curious.

Had more people got on board, that might be a WEOMPA contender. :-) Alas, twas just funny. We love you, svs!

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

It's hard to get used to, but there are a fair amount of good tutorials around the web that should help you get started.

Yes, I just started a semester of 3D animation using Cinema4D, and have tried using techniques from there to convert to blender. It has been tough, and I am still reading through the tutorials. I suggest this tutorial (in PDF form).

Also, I am happy because I finished my first real Java project in my Computer Science course. here it is if you want to see it, I used BlueJ as the IDE. Any other IDE suggestions?

If you want to try this out, please do so. Just remember to include the SimpleIO and Convert in the other classes.
