Ah, yes. The VLE is great, pretty much the entire of my year go on it every night to chat.

VLE seems pretty cool compared to Easylink.

Ooh, I love the learning portals! Tht's what oyr school calls them anyway. All we're allowed to do one there is e-mail, forums and homework, though.

On our Easylink we can only access "Learning Resources" and our "My Documents" area in school. No forums, no chat

Easylink and VLE are similar but at the end of the day, but VLE has miles more features than Easylink could ever have.

Where are you getting the idea of online forums from?

There are forums on the VLE, though subject matters only, not like the kind of discussion we have here.

Good Luck. Maybe consider getting a book on actionscript? And you can post SWFs on DeviantArt.

There is always SWFUP, or you could get your own website and maybe when you become great at it you could publish your work on games-websites. But it seems like you really don't want a da for some reason.

What's made even more happy is when I clicked on "Status Reporter", my storage space had been upgraded from 55MB to 80MB. woo hoo!

Breaking news: I've got even more inspiration for the really rubbish/ simple Flash game I shall make for my brother with a bit of Actionscript. Mind you, I've realised the code I intend to use works with AS2 but for some reason I can't get around with working on it with AS3 on Flash CS3.
