Happiness: My wife is now back home! She went to Ireland this past week with her sister to visit the sister's friend there, and I missed her something fierce. Now she's home, safe and sound, and I think she looks absolutely gorgeous! It is now heaven on earth with her home.

Officially retired from this forum. Have a nice day.

Ah, but we have a PDN Wave which you can use for collaborations and stuff. If you give me your wave ID, I'll add you to it.

Heh, I didn't get the memo...

Happiness: Lots of awesome paintballing yesterday (3 hours pretty much non-stop in the woods w/ unlimited paint for $20). Beats CoD any day of the week. Makes for a really intense moment when you're laying on the ground, watching paint hit the guy next to you and right over your head.

I just got back today from a weekend of camping with my roommate, a friend, and my friend's family. I was afraid it would be kinda awkward, but it turns out his family is really cool, and they invited us back next weekend. :)

I'm downloadin' the Office 2010 beta. :)

Do tell your thoughts 'bout it when you get a chance. I might download if it's worth it.

Well, I've been messing arounding with Word, and it seems very refined, but very different compared to Word 2003. It's worth a look.

Nice, what kind of computer did you get?

@GamerWorld_14 Love the quote in your signature.

I got a Gateway DX4300-11. It has 8 GB RAM, and a Quad-Core AMD Phenom processor.

And thank you, you are the first person on the forums to appreciate my sig quote. :D

Hey everyone. 2 things i'm happy about:

In January, I start college. I'll be taking graphic arts and multimedia, graduating with a bachelor's degree in a little under 3 years. That is if I can keep up the stamina to handle full-time, non-stop.

Last week, after saving what little cash I can, I came home with a 52" HDTV. Somehow, Wal-Mart must have made a mistake in listing this model of Sharp on the internet wrong. This particular tv is normally listed at over $1500, online it was listed at $899. Anyway, after not sleeping for about 2 days in my excitement, I picked it up got home, hooked up the PS3. Wouldn't you know it, about 30 minutes after, I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore.

lol I got a girlfriend.

um... rofl!(...?)

My happiness:

I like how almost every time I log into Facebook, someone starts talking to me about their life's issues :)

No sarcasm, I'm serious. It makes me feel good how the people I get to know are willing to open up, not just sit in a corner in non-happy mode. This also makes me feel better in the sense that I'm the ultimate source of happiness no matter where I go :D

I totally agree. I love that people are willing to trust me with their issues. I'm not sure how helpful I am in that regard, but I love being the person they come to.

And they keep coming back, so I guess that's something...

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
