Myrddin
So cool indeed. I saw it on the Children in Need show at the time then waited for the DW website to upload it there, but as usual, when they did it didn't work as the BBC seem to have this constant incapability of showing videos on their websites, in light of such I turned to YouTube and played it about three times thus far. I know, sad. It's made me yearn to rewatch the Peter Davison series'... To YouTube again! david.atwell
...I turned to YouTube and played it about three times thus far. I know, sad. I watched it twice by myself, and once with my friends who are also DW fans. So, not all that sad. :-) It's made me yearn to rewatch the Peter Davison series'... To YouTube again! david.atwell
I bought an HDTV receiver that plugs into my USB2.0 port. WOW. See, it not only receives HD, but SD as well. In Indianapolis, we have several stations that simulcast in SD and HD. Tonight, I'm watching the Indianapolis Colts vs. Atlanta Falcons football game. It's a good one. My Colts are currently ahead. But on a lark, I flipped from HD to SD. And now I can't get over it... HDTV is amazing! I thought it was all hype. But no, not at all. It's really phenomenal...through the concrete walls of my building, I can see barely anything in Standard. But the HD broadcast is as clear or clearer than a full-rez PNG! Every Frame! I...I don't know if I can ever watch SDTV again. Wow. Quote  The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. david.atwell
Silly double-posts. Anyway, my happiness is that I might get an internship at the Children's Museum of Indianapolis! Our august and rather aged Children's Museum happens to be the largest and fourth oldest such institution on the planet. :-) And it's a heck of a lot of fun, too. Awesome stuff. Dream job. :-) Quote  The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. Wither
Sounds fun, Dave. (Can I call you that? Saying 'david.atwell' just seems too formal and uptight. Though, not addressing you at all seems rude. Arrg confusing!) I'm really happy because all of my creativity is finally surfacing. At least to some degree. I've gotten better at PdN, learning the basics of ActionScript, improving in my percussion 'studies', making wacky YouTube videos, and just thinking in different ways than I had before. It's a whole new level of mental growth I feel. In more "vain" news, I've lost weight (healthy loss), my hair's been behaving swimmingly, and I haven't had the usual curse of acne for most teens my age. And to top it all off, I'm just about totally happy about the way life is right now. Sure, I get bored. But it's all good. xD Woo! This has been one of those superhappy days (along with the rest of Novemer thus far). I'm lovin' it*! *Don't sue me, McDonalds!
