gurl1700
Hello, I was wondering how I can take a picture of a person, and make them look like a doll, like this: I've tried and tried, and I just can't get it right. Can someone please walk me through it, or is it something that I'd really just need to go out and pay someone 50.00 just to do one picture? These are the pictures I was looking to make "doll like" (and yes, I understand that they aren't the best quality pictures in the world, but it's gotta be workable..I hope ):

david.atwell
Or "Surface Blur." You may also want to increase the saturation of the image. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
Tears-on-the-rocks
Two ways you could go.. One, LOTS of make-up(Because you know they're all 'dolled' up from makeup) or two you could do this tutorial right here. (It's for photoshop but I've used it on Paint.Net with success)
