Also, there has never been, nor will there ever be, a version of Paint.NET that will work on Windows 98. That version of Windows is almost 10 years old. Please, just upgrade. The rules also state not to ask for this, because this is the answer you will get and we've already answered it plenty enough times and we don't want people asking this same question over and over and over and over and over and again.
