How can i turn a 2D picture un a 3D?

I just wanted to know if someone has an idea how i could turn a 2D picture in a 3D because i wannna make gravestone and it does not look good in 2D .....

Here is the 2D version it doestn look realistic :(

Try drawing equivalent lines in the same directly from each corner of the stone, then fill it in. There are plugins for this as well. The best way I can think of is:

Duplicate the stone layer (no background).

Motion blur 130 degrees, 30 pixels, uncheck centered. Then make the blurred area non-transparent. Finally, add any texture effects you want from there.
