Ghost Ranger
The layers window should be ~3px taller (at default) so it can accommodate 3 layers without a vertical scrollbar. Kind of minor since you can easily fix it and vertical scrollbars aren't that annoying...

david.atwell
You can resize it He's talking about the default size. It sort of makes sense...It should be able to be filled up (three layers) at default without needing to scroll or resize. This might be a screen resolution thing, though... And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
Bob
Oh I see, you mean removing this ugly useless* scroll bar when there is 3 layers in the default** window. Myrddin
I think he's referring to either a clean, fresh install or someone who doesn't want to resize their window. I see what you mean. It could improve 'fit and finish' for new users (or existing ones as I have seen a few screenshots where windows haven't been expanded) as being such a menial amount of pixels away from viewing three, full, layer spaces does seem slightly strange. Ghost Ranger
I think he's referring to either a clean, fresh install or someone who doesn't want to resize their window. I'm referring to the smallest the window can possibly be, which is the default (as you stated). This might be a screen resolution thing, though... I tested it on different resolutions and this doesn't appear to be the case.
