Navigator with zoom and rotate

A navigator (a la photoshop) will be very useful in paint.Net for browsing and editing big images.

Have you tried our Rotate / Zoom effect ... ? It actually used to be called "RotoZoomer" but we finally decided that the name was a bit niche and that many people didn't know what it was
