BubbaGee
I'm trying to find a way to change the bits/pixel of an image. I believe I have looked in all the menus for a way to do it but no luck so far. I need to change an image from 24 bits/pixel to 8 bits/pixel so it can be used with a software package that does some image comparisons. Thanks, George
Bob
Try Image > Resize and look at the Resolution box. Quote No. Way. I've just seen Bob. And... *poof!*—just like that—he disappears into the mist again. ~Helio
Rick Brewster
Bob, no that changes the resolution but not the bits per pixel. BoltBait
One way to do this is to save as GIF. See if your comparison software supports GIF. Quote Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and a Computer Dominos Game
