I was horrible at paint.net at first when I started using it a year ago, but now I'm in between "great" and "ok".

Who's the one person who voted as great?

Rick?

I was bad, but not horrible. Reading the tutorials and other forums first helped.

It was me!

This was the first Sig I made in Paint.NET...almost 2 years ago.

I followed that up with this a few months later (although this was not used as a Sig):

I don't understand how someone can be good at PdN when they first started using it. Unless they've used a image program before.

Meh... I don't really know how good I was. I can't find some of my earliest stuff. I'd say I was terrible, but my youth group (which, incidentally, was the entire reason I started using PdN) said it looked good.

These are the two oldest things I could find.

This was the first real picture I made.

I used a few effects. Clouds and twist are really the only things I remember.

Christmas time, ftw! :P

Radial blur... haha. The novice PdN-er's crutch.

Wow... Looking at those ancient things I feel accomplished seeing how far I've come. haha

Especially when compared to this. (Which is a 100% PdN render. Not just a photo with the word "UnVeiled" plastered on it.)

Does MS Paint count? Cuz that's all I used before Paint.NET.

Your style, Always nice & clean and well thought out. :)

I'm glad that this is how my work is perceived, however, that is the exact opposite of my actual thought/design process. I really just screw around until something looks nice.

Anyway, Ash FTW! Your work definitely pwns mine in the creative department!
