ChironJ
First of all, I want to thank everyone for the tuts and the plugins, they have all been very helpful as I have begun learning to use this program. However, I have not been able to find an easy way to tile a background (similar to background tile in HTML) I am trying to take a small area of 1's and 0's and repeat over the entire image area. Kind of a matrix effect. I have tried using the paneling plugin and the seamless texture maker plugin and have been unsuccessful. Any help or a point in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks
BoltBait
Try Layers > Rotate / Zoom. There is a tiling check box, then play with the zoom control, etc. Quote Click to play: Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and how about a Computer Dominos Game

ChironJ
Rules: check. Thanks for the help BoltBait. The layer tiling box was better, but not exactly perfect. I will try it again when I have more time. The image I am starting with maybe too small as well.
