I was wondering if it was possible to recreate this effect using Paint.Net.

Probably best to start with an example image...you'll get better advice that way.

Just guessing, Ash, but I'm thinking (guessing, since no example was shown) that he's asking about an effect for after the tear has soaked in to the paper.

But, of course, always search first.

I did search, but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Atm the pic I needed it for lost its use, so nevermind this thread :o
