Ska?  More like Punk...

We're both right.  I should have said Ska Punk 😀

Talking about good American punk.  Timeless sound

Totally different ... but for me this the best version of Hallelujah I've heard (sorry Leonard)

Flashbacks to the 80's and a 'Bikers pub where that was always played at the end of the night.

And who could you risk chatting up without going through a window 😁

When my wife and I were living together, that was always a bone of contention between us. We both hate each other's music... therefore, I was not allowed to play music in the house.  Ever.

She likes Elvis and Barbra Streisand... and I like blues, funk, heavy metal, punk, and...

We've similar tastes.

My wife hates when I play early hardcore punk - but then she also hates the 'depressing' indie stuff, gothic country ... in fact most of the music genres I like

On the upside I can go to gigs without her 😃

Just to wind her up ...  this is a bit loud whilst she watches I'm a Celebrity  (the celebrity part used very loosely)

Saw them in concert many years ago.

"We brought a friend with us and if you listen closely you just might hear his footsteps."  Followed by an earth shattering "BOOM!" and then another and another...

As much as I love Godzilla and (Don't Fear) The Reaper, my favorite Blue Oyster Cult song is Shooting Shark!

Nostalgia time...my cousin Freddie died unexpectedly on Tuesday. While he was long-estranged from most of the family, I'm very close to his brother and sister. Todd and I ended up winding down with a show we used to watch as kids.

One of life's mysteries how they're not in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.  I must admit to being partial to Cagey Cretins ... love that track.

@LionsDragon ... condolences on your loss

Generally this is something you would see played on the piano.  It looks equally complicated on the guitar:
