Andrew D
Now, if you have Mozilla Firefox, you should have Firebug, right? For those who don't know, it allows you to edit any websites HTML coding, but only on your computer, and it lasts until you refresh. Post your best ones here! Here's one from the NM forums which I made, and it's on dA and matured for reasons I've explained in the link I've given. Linking to mature sites is a quick way to get banned. ~BoltBait

Crazy Man Dan
I think he means using FireBug to edit the HTML / CSS instance on your computer of a certain site to make it look different, then taking a screen-capture of it and posting a link to your change and the original site. Andrew D
You probery wouldn't, only people from the NM forums would understand. Basically, GoW was an annoying person (this is incredibly toned down) and constantly made jokes relating to "balls" so this is just a parpdy of such, and also, the thread title is called "The Wishing Game" so that's what the concept is based around. usedHONDA
Well I think you should drop Firebug and get this. Andrew D
I might actually download that but I'd keep firebug still, it's fun messing on with the google homepage. Oh, and BoltBait, the site isn't mature, it's just the picture which I've classed as mature, and it's set up so that non-members can't see it. Sorry for any inconvience caused. Crazy Man Dan
I has both! Web-Developer = More features Firebug = Quicker Firebug just feels more organized. And changes to the DOM enacted by Javascript events are changed in real-time and highlighted automatically. Both are highly useful, though. Bob
Web-Developer = More featuresFirebug = Quicker Wierd, I feel the contrary... I'm more used to CPWDT, though. Both are highly useful, though. Totally agree here. Quote No. Way. I've just seen Bob. And... *poof!*—just like that—he disappears into the mist again. ~Helio
Crazy Man Dan
Web Developer allows one to disable Javascript, cookies, cache, et cetera in real time, output tag properties in-line, outline elements based on a number of different criteria, view HTTP headers, resize the browser window, et cetera. To edit CSS, one has the handy shortcut Ctrl+Shift+E, but to edit HTML, there is no shortcut. Firebug has one shortcut, F12. Then I have my HTML on the left and CSS on the right. I can access the Javascript DOM, total layout width information (offset, margin, border, padding), right from tabs. So yeah, both of 'em rock, both at different things. MRavioli
wow after reading tihs thread i started screwing around with the Opera HTML editor and it turns you can change the format of any page. Just by viewing the source, editing the code, and applying the changes. Quote The coolest Indian on Paint.NET
