fanmixco
Hi Team! I really enjoy your great job! Since few weeks ago, I discovered this great tool and I'm really fascinated due to how powerful and great is! I have a suggestion for the future (if it's possible). Could be able Paint.NET to create a new layer per each new image that we add? You know it's a bit tricky that when I'm designing a new image and I add new one all of them are merged and I cannot manipulate the new one or the previous one by itself. And my other idea if it's any way that the software could detect the size of images without the layer has always the full size of each location. Thanks, sorry if my ideas are not possible to implement.
Ego Eram Reputo
Hey fanmixco - welcome to the forum You can use Layers > Import from File (http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/LayersMenu.html) to add a new image as a new layer. Or if you have copied the image in the clipboard use Ctrl + Shift + V (http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/EditMenu.html) to paste the clipboard image into a new layer. Rick Brewster
Ctrl+Shift+N is the shortcut key for Add New Layer.
