drt186000mi/sec Posted July 18, 2007 Posted July 18, 2007 I need to move 200+ separate image files onto about 40 8.5 by 11 inch pages. Is there a way to do this more quickly than cutting, pasting and resizing each image individually? Quote
EvilNeko Posted July 18, 2007 Posted July 18, 2007 Not really, no. There isn't a much faster way. ~EvilNeko Quote
pyrochild Posted July 18, 2007 Posted July 18, 2007 Actually, there is. Not in Paint.NET though. Go to the folder you with the pictures you want to print, right-click on any one of them, select Print. That'll open Windows Printing Wizard or something like that, which will let you select which pictures to use, how many to put on each page, how many times to do each one, etc. Quote ambigram signature by Kemaru [i write plugins and stuff] If you like a post, upvote it!

drt186000mi/sec Posted July 18, 2007 Author Posted July 18, 2007 That's excellent, and I think I'm going to end up doing that, thanks. But here's a tricky one: can those prints, with that formatting, be saved to be edited? Quote
pyrochild Posted July 18, 2007 Posted July 18, 2007 Not unless you have a document image writer set up as a printer. (There are programs that you can install that emulate a printer. You can tell any program that prints to print to that fake printer, and the program will let you save to various formats, usually PDF) Quote ambigram signature by Kemaru [i write plugins and stuff] If you like a post, upvote it!
drt186000mi/sec Posted July 18, 2007 Author Posted July 18, 2007 Can you give me a web page or something where I can do more research about that? That would be great, thanks guys. Quote
