Plugin for Blood and Splatter Effect ?

Rear one I is again here and works since short with PaintNet my asks is gives it a Plugin for Blood and Splatter Effect I needs it for a picture

The bars plugin can do this. One second and ill show you how.

EDIT: Ok, the plugin is here. Scroll down on his post to #3, where he shows you how you can make a splat out of that.

Another thing you can do it draw a circle, use the frosted glass effect, and median at a really small value.

I haven't tried it yet, but you could start with a transparent background, make a couple of red dots with darker accents in the center, then use something like "dents," "spiral," and "oil paint" to make something

like this...

it's pretty ehh, but you get the idea.

this is not the kind of splats exactly, i think there needs a better plugin
