jotus2u
I would like to curve the text so it will go around an oval, rather than just be a straight line through the middle of it...can't seem to find a way to do that...thanks for any help you can provide... spike 121
i would try rect to polar plugin, or really, just use the word art option in word, that is much faster Quote "No. Dreaming is illegal."~Pyrochild
davidtayhs
Wonder if these steps will help you... 1. Create another layer over the background picture. 2. Create the oval on the new transparent layer 3. Create another layer over this layer 4. Type the first letter of your text 5. Click the selection tool, move it to the position that you desire, and then right-click and drag until the rotation is correct. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each letter of your text 7. Click on the oval (if you don't want this object and are only using it to guide your positioning) and then delete the layer. Perhaps, someone could come up with an easier method to help you! FallenAnjel
I came here looking for this option too, becuase I'm looking to put text in an oval and obviously not be straight. What is this plug in that was posted? Is it on the Paint.net website? I would like to be able to select the text, like put a rectangle around it, then just drag the bottom and curve it. I believe Logo Creator 3.5 has that option. Thanks. Quote http://www.gtdenterprises.com http://www.facebook.com/gtdphoto
