Windows icon transparency

Recommended Posts

If you just want to start out with a transparent background in Paint.NET do this:

1. Select All (Ctrl+A)

2. Clear Selection (Delete)

However, Paint.NET isn't an icon editor so you won't be able to open or save .ICO files.
