david.atwell
I want to make my text have a certain texture instead of a regular color. How would I do this? The easiest way to do this would be: 1. With your desired texture on the first layer, open a new layer ( :AddNewLayer: ) and type your text with antialiasing off. ( :AntiAliasingOff: ) 2. Using the magic wand ( ), hold down shift and click on your text. 3. Invert the selection ( :InvertSelection: ), then go back to your first layer and hit the delete key. 4. Delete the second layer. ( :Delete: ) 5. Feather. (Plugin available here.) Hope this helps! Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
