Batch editing

One by one, new layer; type text or insert picture; press F4 or click on layer properties and lower opacity to desired level; flatten; save.

PdN hasn't batch editing features yet.

You can't even do it with Codelab (unless you want to write the watermark pixel by pixel I think)

try Xnview.
