judge this pic/suggestions....

Recommended Posts

Hi folks,

I'm just starting to get the hang of this software but i know that i have a long way to go so any suggetions, links to tutorials, etc. are greatly appreciated.

Eclosed is a pic that i'm working on. Its a pic of the hulk and i inserted the kid in the pic. I'll also enclose the original flick of the hulk and yoda. I didn't know how to fill in the space after cutting Yoda out so i just used the circle tool and copied a portion that had a similar color and filled it in, hence the circle around the girl. I know there's a better way to do this so please point me in the right direction or just list the steps. Thank you all!

Madjik, I dont know you but i'd like to thank you for always answering my "easy" questions. Now, this "radial gradient". I did a search and i think i know how to use it, but are you saying that the new image should just be the a page of a color? Not sure if i worded that correctly, but i hope you got the gist of what i'm asking?

You're welcome...

Use the tutorial to cut out the child and the hulk:

http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=4841

Then as I said:

Create a new image with a radial gradient

Add a new layer and add the child (feather the edges if needed)

Add a new layer and add the hulk (feather the edges if needed)

Add a new layer and add the text...

Fast and sad cut out... You should do it better with the original pictures...

I did but the picture I used was so... and I said "Fast and sad cut out... You should do it better with the original pictures... "

No pb, I would be glad to meet you again on my way ;)
