Need Help with inseting text

Recommended Posts

Adding text is as simple as selecting the Text (:TextTool:) tool from the toolbox and clicking on the picture.

Before you do, however, you may wish to create a new layer (:AddNewLayer: on the bottom of the layers palette) upon which to put the text. This will let you move the text later without effecting the underlying image.

To change the style of the text, it works pretty much like Word or any other document editing program. Click the font drop-down to change the font face, click in the Size drop down to select one of the presets or type your own, and click :TextBold: , :TextItalics: , or :TextUnderline: to make the text bold, italicized, or underlined.
