Stephan Posted June 20, 2007 Share Posted June 20, 2007 Add a new layer to put your text on, type the text you want in the main color, (the blueish thing you have) Duplicate the layer, Go to adjustments-->brightness/contrast set brightness to 100, and contrast to 100. Then move the layer with the now white text UNDER the blue text layer, go to effects-->Gaussian blur, and set it to 3.
