EDIT: it's a massive art community ranging from photographers, digital artists, program skinners and everything including literature. It's free but you can by choice subscribe for a fee. There are no ads (however I do have AdBlock+) and essentially you don't even need to put anything up, but it's always good to share.

Yes and no. You can sell your work as 'Prints' but you don't have to if you don't want, you can just have them there for the sake of it.

As I've never done it before I'm not 100% sure but I think it all goes to the artist, but this is something to make sure of if you're considering it. But then why shouldn't it all go to the artist, it is their work and plus dA's making the money through the subscriptions anyway.

Why sue? If they have clearly posted exactly what and where the money is going, and you are fully aware of and agree to what will be happening, then technically you won't have a legal leg to stand on as all three parties (artist, dA and buyer) are exchanging knowing the full Ts & Cs.

I don't have this but think Ash and Madjik you should definetly go for the free version for now.

myself, well I can see some improvement in my work in the past weeks so when I build up a few more pictures I just might go with it.

I'm off to browse thru some of the artwork what I've seen so far has been amazing. Thanks for sharing the sites, Bolt Bait loved the one about the Best Halloween costume ever. My husband wants to go to the next Halloween party dressed like that. Too Funny.

The best thing for lurkers like me is that you can watch deviants, so when they post artwork, it add itself to a list of art to watch.

Like RSS feeds, or the 'view posts since your last visit' here in the forum.
