supersupercrazy
Can Paint.NET open .abr's because i really want to put grunge brushes on it so i can make backrounds. And if not how can you make bckrounds that look the same with Paint.NET
Crazy Man Dan
Paint.NET does not support custom brushes at this time. As for the grunge look, I'm really not all too good at it, so I'll let someone who knows what they're doing answer. Ash
I believe PDN can do backgrounds like that. Many Layers, Blurs(median & surface blur), blending modes come to mind. I really would like to see a larger version tho.. Quote All creations Ash + Paint.NET [ Googlepage | deviantArt | Club PDN | PDN Fan ]

Myrddin
I do apologise. I don't think there is anything more 'grungy' than that though, maybe if you have a play around with the steps you may find something you like. Increasing or decreasing some values, or using a different effect might help but I'm not too sure which is why experimenting is the best answer I can give. Myrddin
Custom brushes will not be available until at least version 4.0 and that is at least a year+ out. Quote How to Save Your Images under Different File Types My dA Gallery

Crazy Man Dan
I don't like pointing people away from PDN on the PDN forum, but I feel you should know, SSC, that if you need those brushes now, The GIMP will load ABRs. *ducks* Quote I am not a mechanism, I am part of the resistance; I am an organism, an animal, a creature, I am a beast. ~ Becoming the Archetype
