Kemaru
From what I've understood he isn't going to if the mosque "near" ground zero will be cancelled. I don't think the silly pastor realises what sort of reaction his actions are causing in the Middle-East... RANT: No Birth By Sleep here... I'll have to order it online. Kemaru
Ah I see. Well I definitely don't agree with him. In Turku, Finland, a buddhist temple has received lots of negative media... Ego Eram Reputo
I just can't understand why people can't believe in what they want It's one of the basic freedoms of the Western world that the populus can take on board any set of beliefs that they wish (mindful of local laws and mores). However, it also seems to be a (God given?) right for every religeon to lambast every other option as devil inspired. Sad, very sad. I myself subscribe to no fixed set of beliefs. It makes my life no less pleasant and a great deal simpler. If there was a devil - surely he/she/it would see fit to invent religeon just to keep the hatred and violence (in the name of God) going? Crazy Man Dan
So I'm sitting here, trying to work through the necessary data flow model for this Javascript thing I'm writing, but the only thing going through my head right now is, for a reason I've yet to decipher, the DuckTales theme song on endless loop... >_> Quote I am not a mechanism, I am part of the resistance; I am an organism, an animal, a creature, I am a beast. ~ Becoming the Archetype

BoltBait
Rant: I'm really getting tired of the weekly Java updates from Oracle. Not only are they way too frequent, they offer to install the Yahoo or Bing toolbar every time... and it is "checked" by default. I thought Oracle was a big company that was above such sleazy tactics. Guess not. Ai7
Epic rant (not really): I hate people who say someone is racist when they say anything that has to do with race at all. Like if you say "black" someone will say "RACIST!". I'm like "Gtfo scrub". And when you talk about racism, or something racist. Like if you said "That guy said [n word]" someone will call you racist. >_> Oh, and that anyone that is white can't say the n word, but it is awesome when a black guy says it. Like wth. No one living now had any association with slaves. Aren't you being racist by assuming my family was a bunch of slave drivers? And where do you get off saying you are entitled to something. You didn't work in a field 24 hours a day and get whipped, did you? No. Besides that, its just a friggin word. /rant I also hate people that say "like" a billion times when talking. It either is or isn't, it is not "like". "YO DAWG, WE HERD U YOU LIKE LIKE SO WE PUT SOME LIKE IN YOUR LIKE SO YOU CAN LIKE WHEN YOU LIKE, LIKE". /rant2 Oh, and people who say infer when they mean imply. Namiyoshi
Rant: Dear im-not-gonna-write-your-name-just-in-case-you-see-this-because-i-know-you-stalk-me, I am extremely, deeply sorry for talking to you in the eighth grade because I felt bad for you. I was new and naive and didn't know of the consequences. Please, pleeeease, stop following me around and clipping/filing/digging into/peeling the skin under your nails when you're standing right over my head during lunch. Or any other time, for that matter. Also, im sorry about your extremely unfortunate life, but I don't want to hear it every other minute. Stop cutting your own hair, it looks ridiculous, so do your 9 inch nails, and your Hannah Montana *shudders* locker, folders, cups, and pencils. You're too much of a goody-goody and too naive. You don't watch anything rated over PG, are a teachers pet, smell, tattle, and take the fun out of everything. thank you. P.S.: Stop sending me Christmas cards with pictures of your family and two ugly dogs and telling me my religion is false. I don't know how you got my address - not even my friends have it yet...that's not being "nice", it's called being creepy....extremely creepy. Dear teacher-who-i-will-not name, Â at this point, i've ranted so much about you that all i have to say is please...please retire. D3T0N4T0R
Ooooooooooooooooooo, that sucks. Like when the All Blacks lose to Australia. Wait, actually, they never have. Not that I can remember anyway. NZ pwns the Aussies. This isn't really making me angry, but more confused: NZ schools have changed the school terms to fit in with the Rugby World Cup 2011. It's strange that the government allows the schools to change the school term to fit in with a couple of sports games... I'm kinda confused...
