Rant: I have an updated version of Invert Alpha but Code Lab keeps giving me errors on line 89. I dont even have a line 89!

See this page: http://www.boltbait.com/pdn/codelab/hel ... menus.html

Look under "Build Button".

No, not that. I have looked up and down my code. It is reffering to errors in your plugin template regarding '+' '-' and so on. I will copy and paste the errors in the appropriate thread if needed.

Edit Rant: "Next time you want to rant, put it in the Rant thread. " Boltbait.

Yeah, sorry for asking. I wasnt ranting, I was asking the members of the forums to stop. Sad thing is I am not the first to make a thread like this but the first to get it locked. *Shakes Head in Dissaproval"

Edit Edit: For instance wouldnt this be merited as ranting if mine was?

Revision for seven exams:

- two for English Language;

- two for Geography; and

- three for Archaeology.

And how they run the exams if both a blessing and a curse. For the English, there are two exams at 1 hour 30 minutes each, and they run them consecutively, one after the other. No break bar the two minutes between collection of one and the dispensing of the next. Same with Geography, and likewise with Archaeology. However, Archaeology is three exams at one hour each, so it still totals the same as the others.

This is great as we get each subject exam out in one job-lot, but physically demanding with three constant hours of writing.

Graphics, on the other hand, was a five hour controlled examination in our regular room (as opposed to the exam hall), and was spread across our regular lesson-time over two weeks (so, about 1 - 2 hours each block). We could do all our preparation and sketchbook work during the preceding five weeks essentially constructing the final piece within the allotted exam time - mine took one hour.

Blegh! Revision.

People should just use mediafire...

Ahahahaha. For a moment there I thought you said people should use Mediafire. Good one.

Ahahahaha. For a moment there I thought you were provoking a really ticked off three legged bird.

*pecks with beak*

Ahahahaha. I just realized you copied and pasted my original Ahahahaha.

Rant: I almost lost a fundamental part of my effect's code. :(

Back up, back up and back up?!

I know, however it is hard to get into the habit of doing it for every plugin after every change. Especially given that I normally only consider scenarios where the problem would cause all the files on my computer to die, rather than simply one.

CENSORSHIP:

... in most cases is a big steaming pile of hypocrisy justified with the most orthodox and conservative of reasons.

They censor sex when we are all byproducts of it.

They censor violence but they want you to serve your country in a war if needed.

They censor "foul" language, but not the attitude that comes with it.

And we can pretty much make out what they were going to say anyway.

That will be all.

Short rant is short.

RANT: I beat Rick in post count. I now have the single highest post count in this forum; That makes me very, very sad.

I have a life, I swear it! Friends and everything. I even have a job.

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

Rant: I had a very good idea about a month ago regarding a plugin. It was very well thought out, planned, and was passed by the two most respectable plugin authors (well, to me they are). Of course, neither knew exactly how to implement it correctly but one began work on it. Then, today, a plugin author released his version of my idea. The problem is that it isnt even 1/3 of the power I had previously discussed with the two previously mentions plugin authors. Both of them have enough respect so now it seems I give my idea to this other plugin author in full fledge and hopefully some of my anticipations will be met.
