It was recommended to my by my finacial planner/anaylist and I've only ever had one thing get by it, and that was because I was stupid and turned the automatic update off one time by mistake. I agree with him on the three programs being more efficent than Norton, but then going back to comparing AVG and Avast, having to use three programs for a full protected computer would be less efficent than one probably. That might disable it.
