Ecelestin
Is there any nice way to remove Artifacts with Paint.net? I mean like a plugin or something like that.
Myrddin
I do believe there was a noise removing plugin but I think it was extremely buggy. It was a case of try at your own risk. I can't find it at the moment but I'm pretty sure it did exist. Quote How to Save Your Images under Different File Types My dA Gallery

Crazy Man Dan
Yeah, Surface Blur should help in that regard. The other one to which I believe Myrddin was referring is the GREYCstoration wrapper plugin. As many know, I absolutely swear by that plugin. The algorithm used therein provides incredible results. It takes a bit of playing around, and I'd highly suggest that, if you do try it, to try it on a small selection first while you tweak the values, because it does take a while. Alright, I'm done advertising now.
