Solution for over-exposed sky

Hi guys

I am a complete novice with paint.net and am struggling. I'd like to know how to replace an overexposed sky with another image of a sky in shots of buildings and landscapes etc. I've trawled the internet without success. I'm hoping someone on here can help.
