how to make pop art?

yes..but that is with photoshop....is it possible to create with paint.net software?

Its hard to follow and make that using photoshop....i thought it may be easy to make on paint.net...if its possible... :wink:

Just because it was originally done on Photoshop doesn't mean it can't be adapted. Some of the steps may have to be worked around - for example the halftone, there isn't a plugin but there is a tut for it - and some steps may have to be missed out, but most things are possible.

Possible in PdN..yes.

Easier in PdN...no. (well, the "halftoning" is a little easier...thanks to me)

That Tutorial just uses a bigger picture...and more time was taken on the "colorizing".

I will probably have a tutorial written up by Sunday, unless someone(not necessarily someone2016) wants to try and beat me to the punch.
