DDR (Dance Dance Revolution)

Recommended Posts

Hey everybody out there! I saw this avatar, and thought, heck why don't I make a thread about DDR!

So, does anybody else out there play DDR? I do, I can accualy do really well, I can do most songs on heavy. (That is the hardest level on xbox version.) So please discuss the game DDR here, whether it be the xbox version or the ps2 version.

DDR = Guitar Hero

I've noticed something about these games...

People that play DDR well can't dance well.

People that play Guitar Hero well can't play guitar well.

Seriously, if people put in the same amount of time learning to play a real guitar as they do playing Guitar Hero, they'd probably be able to play the songs on an actual guitar!

I'm a major DDR addict. I used to play around 1 1/2 hours a day, but I've gotten pretty bored of my old PS1 version that it's slowed down a lot. Whenever I go to an arcade that has them, I play it like crazy though. I can do up to 9 footers usually... so yeah, you could say I'm pretty good.

PS. the Xbox version is rubbish.

DR. D speaks on DDR. 8)

v An excellent open–source strategy game—highly recommended.

"I wish I had never been born," she said. "What are we born for?"

"For infinite happiness," said the Spirit. "You can step out into it at any moment..."
